\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent to lead onsite electrical operations for large-scale industrial and commercial projects. This is a long-term opportunity with strong career growth potential. Candidates must have full-cycle Electrical Superintendent experience from project start through closeout.

Responsibilities

Oversee all electrical scopes of work, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
\n - \n
Coordinate daily with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project management teams
\n - \n
Manage installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
\n - \n
Enforce safety protocols, site compliance, and company standards
\n - \n
Lead project meetings, maintain daily logs, and deliver progress reporting
\n - \n
Ensure proper sequencing with mechanical and other trades to avoid delays
\n
Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of electrical supervision experience on large commercial or industrial projects
\n - \n
Must have full-cycle Electrical Superintendent experience (ground-up through turnover)
\n - \n
Experience managing projects valued at $25M+
\n - \n
Industrial plant manufacturing project experience required
\n - \n
Data Center experience is a major plus
\n - \n
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical coordination, and construction sequencing
\n - \n
Proven leadership ability managing crews and subcontractors
\n - \n
OSHA 30 required
\n - \n
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules
