LHH is partnering with a respected Tampa-area law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who thrives in the fast-paced world of acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and complex closings. What You'll Do
  • Manage commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
  • Coordinate due diligence, title, survey, zoning, and entity documentation
  • Review title commitments, surveys, and related documents to identify issues and track resolutions
  • Prepare closing checklists, closing binders, and transaction documents
  • Work directly with attorneys, lenders, developers, title companies, and clients
  • Track deadlines, contingencies, and critical milestones to keep transactions on schedule
  • Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing matters, and development projects
  • Organize and maintain transaction files and electronic records
  • Support multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
What Makes You Successful
  • 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial transactions, title review, and closing procedures
  • Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and outside parties
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
