Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, and interpreting data
• Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), IEPs, and 504 plans
• Skilled communicator able to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Compassionate, student-focused approach to problem solving
• Familiarity with both direct and consultative services in school environments

Responsibilities:

• Administer psychoeducational and behavioral assessments for students
• Participate actively in eligibility, IEP, and intervention meetings
• Provide counseling and intervention services to support emotional and academic growth
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop educational plans
• Consult on behavioral interventions and strategies for students’ success
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports
• Stay current on best practices and continuing education in school psychology
