Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Georgia Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
• Thorough understanding of IEPs and documentation practices
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to support fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other staff to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines
• Monitor student progress, track data, and report on outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal development and accommodations
• Educate and counsel students, families, and staff on strategies to promote student participation and engagement
• Maintain accurate, compliant records in accordance with school and state guidelines
