Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current and valid state OT licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with IEP documentation and goal setting
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability when supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services for students in various settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to integrate OT strategies into daily routines
• Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate teaching staff on accommodations and modifications to support student engagement
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
