Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted instruction in functional academics, daily living tasks, and social integration to high school students in a Life Skills classroom.
• Oversee and mentor classroom paraprofessionals, ensuring an organized, nurturing learning environment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IEPs tailored to individual student needs, including functional goals and transition plans for post-secondary life.
• Coordinate with families, related service providers, and support staff to create holistic growth plans and ensure continuity of care.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Holds an active State Special Education Teaching License.
