School Based Physical Therapist in Fullerton, CA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position focuses on supporting an elementary school caseload, helping students develop and improve the physical skills necessary for academic success and daily participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting student growth and inclusion
