Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable CTR Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. In this temp-to-hire position, you will operate cut-thread (CTR) machinery to produce high-quality threaded components that meet customer specifications. This role is ideal for individuals with manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor cut-thread (CTR) machines.
  • Load raw materials into machines to produce threaded components.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Read and use a tape measure accurately during production and inspections.
  • Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic machine maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.
Required Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience operating CNC machines, industrial machinery, or manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience performing quality inspections using measuring tools.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Experience operating cut-thread or thread-rolling equipment.
  • Experience in fastener or metal manufacturing.
  • Experience with preventative machine maintenance.
Required Skills
  • Ability to safely operate industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or manufacturing specifications.
  • Quality inspection and attention to detail.
