Position Overview

We are looking for an OB/GYN Physician to join our expanding Women's Health team. This role focuses solely on outpatient women's healthcare within a collaborative, patient-centered setting. The physician will deliver preventive, gynecologic, reproductive, and outpatient obstetrical care while working closely with Women's Health providers, primary care teams, nursing staff, and clinical leadership.

With no deliveries, surgeries, inpatient responsibilities, night shifts, weekends, or scheduled holiday work, this position offers an excellent chance to foster long-term patient relationships while enjoying a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient women's healthcare, including well-woman exams, acute visits, reproductive care, and family planning services.
  • Provide evidence-based outpatient obstetrical care to low- and moderate-risk patients.
  • Diagnose and manage common gynecologic and reproductive health issues.
  • Offer contraception counseling and perform LARC insertion and removal.
  • Conduct colposcopies, biopsies, and other relevant in-office gynecologic procedures.
  • Administer care for perimenopausal and menopausal patients.
  • Order, review, and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
  • Make appropriate referrals for specialty services, additional testing, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with Women's Health providers, primary care teams, nursing staff, and clinical leadership.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation.
  • Complete billing and clinical tasks in line with organizational standards.
  • Engage in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation-readiness activities.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and medical assistants.
  • Practice at multiple outpatient locations when operationally necessary.
  • Adhere to HIPAA, federal, state, accreditation, HRSA, and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Active or eligible Florida medical license.
  • Active or eligible DEA registration.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification.
  • Preferred outpatient OB/GYN experience.
  • Experience with Epic or another electronic health record system is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are strongly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, and patient education skills.

Student Loan Repayment

Our organization operates locations approved by the National Health Service Corps. Eligible OB/GYN physicians assigned to qualifying locations may apply for federal student loan repayment through the NHSC.

Qualifying physicians may receive:

  • Up to $75,000 in federal student loan repayment for an initial two-year, full-time service commitment.
  • An additional award enhancement of up to $5,000 for qualifying Spanish-language proficiency.
  • Potential continuation awards for remaining educational debt.
  • Loan repayment funds that are separate from salary, productivity incentives, paid time off, retirement benefits, and insurance coverage.

Awards are administered directly by HRSA and depend on individual eligibility, qualifying educational debt, assigned location, applicable shortage-area designation, available funding, and current program requirements.
