971 bed Level I Trauma/ Regional Referral Center
\n 50+ Physicians currently in group
\n Mid-level support
\n 12 hour shifts, 7 on / 7 off
\n Swing shift physician and CRNP take admissions till mid-night
\n Nocturnal CRNP coverage
\n Open ICU, but procedures optional, Intensivists available for back-up
\n UAB Residents run Codes
\n Neuro Stroke Alerts run by Neurologists
\n Cardiac Alerts run by Cardiologists
\n Huntsville Hospital named among Top 150 Hospitals with Great Heart Programs by Beckers Hospital Review

The position offers an excellent compensation package including above MGMA average salary with RVU-based incentives, paid vacation, CME allowance, health and life insurance, malpractice insurance, and a 401k plan with employer contribution.
