About the Practice

  Join a well-established, high-volume ENT team of 6 physicians and advanced practice providers

  Robust, built-in referral network, ensuring immediate patient access and sustained volume

  Practice in a modern downtown facility directly connected to our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), featuring 7 operating rooms

\n
• \n

  Comprehensive, in-house audiology program with 5 audiologists

\n
• \n

  Perform a full spectrum of otolaryngology procedures, with the flexibility to develop or expand subspecialty interests

• \n

  Experience true practice autonomy within a physician-led organization, with the ability to influence clinical decisions and practice growth

  Balanced practice setting with surgical and clinic opportunities at both the ASC and local hospitals

  Opportunity to engage in academic involvement with Southern Illinois University School of Medicine

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive 2-year guaranteed base salary ($500,000), commensurate with experience,
