Grounds Crew Assistant Needed | Northfield, OH | $18.00/Hour

BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Crew Assistant to support a property in Northfield, Ohio (44067). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining attractive, well-kept community spaces.

Position Details
  • Location: Northfield, OH 44067
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Lunch Break: One-hour unpaid lunch
  • Assignment Duration: Temporary position with an expected duration of at least a couple of months (end date to be determined)
Job Responsibilities

As a Grounds Crew Assistant, you will help maintain the property's appearance and support the landscaping team with a variety of outdoor tasks, including:

  • Watering newly installed landscaping and plant materials
  • Picking up litter and debris throughout the grounds
  • Assisting with the upkeep and cleanliness of common areas
  • Supporting general landscape maintenance efforts
  • Performing additional outdoor duties as assigned
