Employment civil litigation Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of 10-15 litigation cases

• Managing a caseload of 20-30 pre-lit files

• Drafting complaints

• Handling discovery

• Drafting and arguing motions

• Taking and defending depositions

• Assisting with trial preparation

• Participating in trial

• Client communication

• Supervise and direct legal support staff

• Other litigation-related tasks

Qualifications:

• At least 2-5 years of experience working as an attorney in Employment Civil Litigation.

Compensation:
Base salary of $120K - 160K+ DOE and possibility for commission on cases after one year.

This is a full-time role and can be either an in-person, hybrid or remote position (depending on the candidate)
