\n Shipping and Receiving Associate Job Duties:
• Prepare shipments using custom software for postal or commercial delivery\n
\n • Determine the most economical and efficient shipping method\n
\n • Select appropriate shipping containers and pack items to ensure safe delivery\n
\n • Receive goods and verify the quality and count of items unloaded\n
\n • Check incoming goods against supplier counts and report discrepancies as needed\n
\n • Maintain department databases and complete shipping/receiving records\n
\n • File shipping and receiving documentation accurately\n
\n • Place received goods into designated job totes\n
\n • Drive company vehicle to deliver shipments as needed\n
\n • Assist with routine maintenance of equipment and shipping area\n
\n • Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts\n
\n • Learn and assist with other company-related duties as needed\n

\n Tuesday–Friday 6:30pm - 5pm\n

\n Shipping and Receiving Associate Requirements:
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred\n
\n • Familiarity with Microsoft PCs, FedEx, and UPS websites\n
\n • Ability to verify counts, quality, and shipment details accurately\n
\n • Comfortable using custom software and learning new systems\n
\n • Ability to operate hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts\n
\n • Valid driver’s license preferred for company vehicle deliveries\n
\n • Strong attention to detail and organization\n
\n • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic\n
\n • Team player with good communication and follow-through\n

\n $20.00–$23.00 per hour DOE\n
