• Hours: 8-5 M-F (Flexible schedule must meet 40 hours)

• Staff: Currently 2 FT Physicians, 1 PT Physician and 1 PA - Adding 1 FT Physician

• 100% Outpatient

• Daily Patient volume: 18-20
\n
• EMR: E-Clinical Works
\n
• Phone Call Schedule 1:3 (after hours)
\n
• Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
\n
