PAY & BENEFITS

• Pay Rate: $25.00 – $32.00 / hour based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

\n
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout requirements
\n
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues, troubleshoot faults, and recommend solutions
\n
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including HVAC technicians and carpenters, to complete projects efficiently
\n
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively across various work environments
\n
• Perform remodeling tasks as needed to enhance plumbing systems or accommodate new installations
\n
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used on each job site
\n
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant local plumbing codes and regulations
\n

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber working in commercial settings
\n
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to commercial plumbing systems and components
\n
• Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints for effective installation and repair work
\n
• Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
\n
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in various construction settings
\n
• Experience in maintenance or general mechanical tasks beyond basic plumbing is highly beneficial for versatile project execution
\n
• Knowledge of commercial remodeling techniques to improve or modify existing plumbing setups
\n
