Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized, engaging instruction aligned with IEP goals
  • Foster a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support students’ academic progress and social-emotional development
  • Collaborate with a team of educators, specialists, and families
  • Track and celebrate student growth through data and progress monitoring

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
  • Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License (Required)
  • A passion for working with students with diverse learning needs
  • Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
  • A team player who is flexible, compassionate, and student-centered
  • Experience with IEP development and compliance preferred
