Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, engaging instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Foster a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students’ academic progress and social-emotional development
- Collaborate with a team of educators, specialists, and families
- Track and celebrate student growth through data and progress monitoring
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License (Required)
- A passion for working with students with diverse learning needs
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
- A team player who is flexible, compassionate, and student-centered
- Experience with IEP development and compliance preferred
