What You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, with a strong understanding of IEP processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable working independently; this role is not open to SLPAs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention
• Manage a capped caseload of up to 55 students, ensuring individualized support that targets students' unique needs
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in coordination with families and educational staff
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, providing expertise to optimize student progress
• Track and document student outcomes and progress towards goals, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Stay current with best practices, regulations, and continuing education relevant to the school setting
