As a Cardiologist within our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive cardiology services to our patients. This position encompasses outpatient care, inpatient consultations, and oversight of outpatient testing. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver non-invasive cardiology services, including the oversight and interpretation of outpatient tests such as echocardiograms, cardiac monitors, and stress tests.
- Conduct consultations for inpatients and collaborate with primary care providers, emergency physicians, hospitalists, and other medical personnel.
- Support and review final reports for stress lab testing, including stress echocardiograms.
- Act as a supporter for the Cardiac Rehab Program by reviewing and signing notes.
- Perform cardioversion and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) (preferred but optional).
- Engage with the cardiac device clinic two days a week, assisting with pacemaker and ICD management across five different device brands.

Qualifications
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiology is required.
- Skilled in interpreting cardiac monitors, echocardiograms, and stress tests.
- Experience in managing a range of cardiovascular conditions for adult patients (18 years and older).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Vermont.
- A strong passion for rural healthcare and a commitment to serving underserved populations.
