Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Our organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in Syracuse, NY.

We have openings for Evening and Overnight Supervisors, as well as positions for Weekend shifts.

Annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $97,500.

Weekend roles offer a competitive rate of $50 per hour!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee resident care by effectively scheduling and assigning nursing personnel.

• Create a nurturing atmosphere by offering support to both residents and their families.

• Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff, providing necessary information.

• Ensure a safe and hygienic workplace by adhering to established rules and regulations.

• Safeguard resident privacy by managing the handling of confidential information.

• Oversee the documentation related to resident care services.

• Encourage collaboration among healthcare teams to foster a cooperative environment.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care is required.

• Should demonstrate strong leadership qualities as a positive Team Director for all staff members.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software is essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Basic computer proficiency is required.
