Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical Unit

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical unit in Savannah. In this role, you will provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to adult patients who have a variety of medical conditions and post-surgical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments.
• Administer medications and IV treatments.
• Provide care for wounds and post-operative patients.
• Monitor telemetry and vital signs.
• Plan for safe patient discharges.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
