Physician - Neurologist

We are currently looking for a full-time Physician - Neurologist at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. This role is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible candidate eager to contribute to our growing clinical practice. Our mission is to deliver exceptional medical care while honoring the service of America's Veterans.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency training leading to board certification.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• Three to five years of specialized experience in the field of Neurology.
• Experience in an academic environment working with Neurology patients.
• Proficient in administering Botox treatments.
• Skilled in interpreting neurology studies, including Electroencephalograms (EEG) and Electromyography (EMG).
• Support the educational and research initiatives of our affiliated institution, the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
