Position Overview:
\n We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. As a CRNA at the Nashville VA Medical Center, you will provide anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures. You will work collaboratively with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:

Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures.

Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia, ensuring their safety and comfort.
\n - \n
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia care plans.

Maintain accurate patient records and document anesthesia care and procedures.
\n - \n
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesia care.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
\n - \n
Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

Valid and unrestricted nursing license.
\n - \n
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n - \n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n - \n
