\n Machine Operator Helper Job Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • Assist with setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing equipment.
    • \n
  • Support machine operators during the production process.
    • \n
  • Monitor machine performance and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
    • \n
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
    • \n
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or maintenance concerns.
    • \n
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • \n
  • Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
    • \n
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
    • \n

\n Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • \n
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience is a plus, but not required.
    • \n
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
    • \n
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
    • \n
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the shift.
    • \n
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • \n
  • Reliable transportation.
