\nPosition Highlights

- Location: UPMC Rheumatology, 3130 Grandview Rd, Building B, Suite 2, Hanover, PA 17331 \n
- Schedule: Full-time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift \n
- Practice Setting: Established outpatient rheumatology practice with two experienced rheumatologists \n
- Call: Minimal call responsibilities with after-hours nurse triage support; shared equally among UPMC providers \n
- Retirement Benefit: Employer-funded pension plan in addition to a 403(b)-retirement plan with 50% employer match \n
Opportunity
\nJoin a thriving outpatient rheumatology practice and provide comprehensive care for adult patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
\nResponsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Evaluating and managing adult rheumatology patients in the ambulatory setting \n
- Providing inpatient consultation support through telehealth and e-Consults \n
- Performing office-based procedures, including joint injections \n
- Opportunity to utilize in-office ultrasound for patient care, if desired \n
- Call facilitated by nurse triage and shared equally amongst UPMC Providers \n

Candidate Qualifications

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology \n
- Fellowship-trained or graduating fellow eligible to practice in Pennsylvania \n
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care \n
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills \n
- Ability to provide personalized, outcomes-focused care \n
