\nPosition Information:
\nDue to rapid growth, Lee Health Cancer Institute seeks three full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Hematologists/Medical Oncologists to join a six-physician group in Fort Myers, Florida. This position offers a collaborative work environment where you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, including an Advanced Practice Provider, registered nurse, and medical assistant assigned to your practice. The position also offers flexible work schedules, hybrid/telemedicine options, manageable patient loads, and reasonable call schedules.
\nOur cancer center cares for 5911 analytic cases annually and is committed to a patient-centered, multidisciplinary approach. We provide advanced therapies, clinical trials, and cutting-edge medical, surgical, and radiation treatment. Opportunities for research, leadership and mentorship programs, continuing medical education (CME) support, and conference funding are available.
\nIntegrated services such as nurse navigation, genetic counseling, social work, dietetics, cancer rehabilitation, and financial counseling are provided to benefit patients and their families. As a medical professional, you receive these services, providing you with the support and resources to focus on your patients' medical needs, ensuring comprehensive and empathetic care.

\nCandidates must hold a degree from an accredited medical school, have completed an accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship, hold or be eligible for an unrestricted Florida license, and be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.
