• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs, including leaks, drains, fixtures, and water lines.
• Complete service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with general apartment maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

• EPA Certification required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Strong plumbing experience required
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable, professional, and customer service-oriented
