Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor high-performance machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous operation.

  • Load, unload, and perform machine setups and tooling changes to maintain optimal production flow.

  • Conduct product inspections to detect defects and troubleshoot minor equipment issues, escalating concerns as needed to uphold quality standards.

  • Keep workstations organized, stock materials and tools, and consistently meet or exceed daily production targets.

  • Accurately record quality and production data using systems such as SAP, MES, and Go-Canvas.

  • Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating flexibility to multitask across multiple machines and responsibilities.

  • Perform physical duties including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs., all while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or production.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in reading and understanding instructions and safety procedures in English.

  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of powered and pneumatic hand tools is a plus.

  • Availability for overtime, including weekends and holidays.

  • Physical ability to stand for 8-10+ hours and perform manual tasks safely.

Pay Details: $18.97 to $20.97 per hour
