Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor high-performance machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous operation.
Load, unload, and perform machine setups and tooling changes to maintain optimal production flow.
Conduct product inspections to detect defects and troubleshoot minor equipment issues, escalating concerns as needed to uphold quality standards.
Keep workstations organized, stock materials and tools, and consistently meet or exceed daily production targets.
Accurately record quality and production data using systems such as SAP, MES, and Go-Canvas.
Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating flexibility to multitask across multiple machines and responsibilities.
Perform physical duties including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs., all while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or production.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in reading and understanding instructions and safety procedures in English.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of powered and pneumatic hand tools is a plus.
Availability for overtime, including weekends and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for 8-10+ hours and perform manual tasks safely.

Pay Details: $18.97 to $20.97 per hour
