Pharmacist | Saint Peter, Minnesota

A specialty pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist to support their Long Term Care operations at a site in Waseca, MN. This contract role offers 20-30 hours per week over a 13+ week assignment, with a schedule primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, including some weekends.

Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing and verifying prescriptions tailored to Long Term Care patients
• Ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and standards
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
• Maintaining accurate medication records and documentation
• Providing medication counseling and support for long-term care residents and staff

Desired Qualifications:

• Current pharmacist licensure valid in Minnesota
• Experience in specialty pharmacy or long-term care pharmacy preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with the team
• Exceptional patient care and customer service focus
