Qualifications:
- Current Special Education Teacher certification is required
- Previous experience running IEP meetings and managing student case files
- Understanding of Occupational Course of Study (OCS) programming and standards
- Comfortable working with both high school and middle school students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
- Conduct IEP meetings, manage documentation, and collaborate with families and staff
- Deliver differentiated instruction in line with OCS requirements
- Monitor student progress toward OCS diploma goals
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students in building life and vocational skills
