ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite contract position in Royal Center, Indiana. Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students in grades K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student communication needs.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and small-group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and families to support student achievement.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and educational planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- Appropriate Indiana school credentials required, if applicable.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.
Experience:
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Experience with evaluations, IEP development, and multidisciplinary collaboration is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders across school-age populations.
