Position Details- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for 4 to 5 days per week
- Patient Load: Approximately 21 patients daily
- Locations: Two clinic sites with a rotating schedule
- Electronic Medical Record System: EPIC
- Language Preference: Spanish or bilingual candidates preferred
- Patient Demographic: Serving an underserved population across all age groups
