Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a reliable and safetyfocused Warehouse Equipment Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory movement, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate has experience with forklifts and other powered industrial equipment and can work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment operation — Operate forklifts (sitdown, standup, reach truck, cherry picker), pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials
  • Order picking — Select, scan, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Material handling — Transport pallets, inventory, and freight to designated storage locations while maintaining proper stacking and load stability
  • Shipping & receiving — Assist with unloading inbound freight, checking product condition, and preparing outbound shipments
  • Inventory support — Perform cycle counts, stock rotation, replenishment, and maintain organized warehouse aisles
  • Safety compliance — Follow OSHA guidelines, conduct daily equipment inspections, and maintain a clean, hazardfree work environment
  • Team collaboration — Work closely with supervisors and warehouse staff to meet productivity goals and support overall workflow
Qualifications
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a teamoriented environment
