Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience working with children or young adults in educational settings is preferred

• Flexibility, patience, and a passion for supporting student success
• Willingness to adapt to classroom needs as directed by teachers or administrators

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support under the guidance of certified teachers
• Assist students in understanding classroom material, reinforcing lessons, and developing study skills
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students with special needs, ensuring they have the resources and assistance required
• Monitor student behavior and offer redirection when necessary
• Prepare classroom materials and help organize learning activities
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required
