Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain required state SLP certification
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working in a school, especially with high school caseloads, is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and document progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement customized intervention strategies for high school students
• Provide direct therapy services in line with students’ IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Help facilitate students’ participation in classroom and social settings
