Compensation Package:
- Base salary with potential for additional productivity incentives.
- $150,000 signing bonus plus a $100,000 retention bonus over five years, totaling $250,000.

Our organization is currently looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at UPMC Wellsboro.

Clinical Responsibilities:

- 36 hours of direct patient care from Monday to Friday, along with 4 hours dedicated to administrative tasks each week.
- This role involves treating patients of all ages and includes a 1:3 pediatric call schedule, with no inpatient call required.

Available Resources:

- Streamlined referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and a network of specialists within our organization.

Support Structure:

- A dedicated team of administrative professionals will manage practice operations, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Medical Degree (MD/DO)
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
  • Board-certified in Family Medicine or board-eligible for recent residency graduates
  • Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
  • DEA Certification
