We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to become a vital part of our growing orthopedic team. We seek a surgeon proficient in a wide range of general orthopedic procedures, including:
- Fracture management
- Sports-related injuries
- Joint disorders
- Arthroscopic techniques
- Elective surgeries

- Shared evening and weekend on-call rotation (1:8)

- MD or DO degree
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligibility to obtain medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois

- Open to both recent graduates and experienced surgeons
- Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives starting at 10,650 wRVUs
- Transition to a straight production model in the third year
- Potential annual earnings of up to $1 million
- $100,000 recruitment bonus
