Third Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking an outstanding oral and maxillofacial surgeon to join our growing, privately owned practice in West Michigan. Our established referral network provides immediate access to a busy surgical schedule, allowing new associates to begin operating from day one rather than spending years building a practice. Whether you are a graduating chief resident or an experienced surgeon looking for a better opportunity, we offer the flexibility to build the career you want.

Our practice emphasizes dentoalveolar surgery, implants, IV anesthesia, and orthognathic surgery while offering the opportunity to practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Hospital privileges and Level I/II trauma call are available-but never required-for surgeons wishing to maintain full-scope experience.

Practice with complete clinical autonomy in modern, purpose-built surgical centers equipped with fully digital workflows, CBCT imaging, guided surgery, photogrammetry, and state-of-the-art anesthesia facilities. We believe surgeons should be free to practice the way they were trained, without corporate oversight or unnecessary administrative burden.

We offer production-based compensation with guaranteed salary options if preferred. Motivated surgeons have a realistic opportunity to earn $750,000-$1,000,000+ annually while enjoying immediate access to an established referral base and exceptional surgical volume.
