Packaging & Material Handling Worker (Temp-to-Hire) – $14–$15/hr – Knox, IN

Start immediately with a steady Monday–Thursday schedule and a clear path to full-time hire. If you like hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a production team—this is a great opportunity.

Pay & Schedule
  • $15/hr — 6:30 PM–5:00 AM, Monday–Thursday
  • $14/hr — 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
  • 40 hours/week
  • Temp-to-hire
What You’ll Do
  • Operate packaging and basic material handling equipment
  • Assist with general production tasks
  • Package product accurately and efficiently
  • Follow quality and safety standards
  • Support the team in daily manufacturing goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Packaging / production / general labor experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
  • Able to stand for long periods and perform physical work (lifting/moving materials)
