Job Summary
AutoCAD Detailer - Exhibits direct hire opportunity in Carrollton, TX for an experienced CAD professional with a background in trade show exhibits, custom millwork, display fabrication, cabinetry, or related architectural and design services work.
This on-site role is ideal for a detail-oriented AutoCAD Detailer who enjoys turning creative concepts into accurate, buildable production drawings. You will support custom exhibit and display projects by creating detailed construction documents, setup drawings, elevations, cut lists, and fabrication-ready details.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, setup drawings, floor plans, elevations, and cut lists for custom trade show exhibits and displays.
- Specify materials, finishes, hardware, joinery, and fabrication details for wood, laminate, metal, acrylic, and related materials.
- Collaborate with designers, account executives, project managers, estimators, and production teams to develop accurate and cost-effective solutions.
- Support value engineering, design optimization, modularity, crating, shipping, and installation planning.
- Coordinate with fabrication teams to resolve constructability issues and maintain production-ready documentation.
- Maintain drawing standards, revision control, project documentation, schedules, and proactive status communication.
