A specialty pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support their Waseca, MN site on a contract basis. Location:

Duration:

• 13+ weeks contract

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekend shifts required
• 20-30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Perform long-term care pharmacist duties, ensuring accurate dispensing and clinical management for residents
• Review medication orders and monitor patient therapy for safety and efficacy
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care plans
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Provide counseling and education to patients and caregivers when necessary

Qualifications:

• Current pharmacist license in the state of Minnesota
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy preferred
