Key Qualifications:
- Master’s, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Active or eligible School Psychologist certification/licensure in Tennessee
- Previous experience within an elementary school setting is a plus
- Demonstrated strengths in communication, collaboration, and organization
- Commitment to nurturing a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Participate actively in eligibility meetings and prepare clear evaluation reports
- Partner with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
- Offer expert consultation on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and uphold compliance standards
- Assist in crisis intervention and school climate improvement initiatives
