Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Minnesota teaching license for Special Education
- Demonstrated experience with students with emotional and behavioral disorders
- Previous work in elementary resource or multi-grade classrooms preferred

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized special education instruction and supportive services aligned with IEP objectives
- Provide resource room support for up to 22 students across multiple elementary grade levels
- Foster inclusive learning and coordinate with general education partners, service providers, and families
- Monitor and document student progress; adapt strategies to maximize academic and social growth
- Commit to a consistent onsite presence throughout the school year
