Join Our OB/GYN Hospitalist Team

We are currently looking for a skilled and board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to become part of our OB/GYN Hospitalist service located in Silvis, IL.

What We Offer
  • Full-time Employment: Enjoy a schedule of 7 in-house 24-hour shifts each month, with options for part-time and PRN roles available.
  • Patient Care: Manage OB and GYN emergencies in the emergency room and during labor and delivery, care for unassigned patients, and handle transfers from smaller regional hospitals.
  • On-Call Duties: Provide after-hours call coverage for the OB/GYN practice.
  • Surgical Facilities: Access to a dedicated surgical suite equipped with robotic technology.
  • Birth Statistics: Approximately 600 births annually.
  • Facility Features: Level II nursery with 16 LDRP rooms.
Recruitment Package
  • Compensation: $4,709 per 24-hour on-site shift.
  • Signing Bonus: A $150,000 commencement bonus.
  • Loan Forgiveness: Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 for relocation expenses.
  • CME Allowance: $6,000 for continuing medical education.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) with matching contributions, and 457(b) plan—benefits commence on the first day of employment.
  • Malpractice Insurance: Coverage provided.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN.
  • Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted medical license in Illinois.
  • Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to the practice.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates are encouraged to apply).
