Position Overview

This role offers a diverse range of cases, including:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• OB/GYN
• ENT
• Plastic Surgery
• Urology

Please note that this position does not involve complex pediatrics, burns, or transplant cases. This is a hospital-employed W2 role.

• Graduated from an accredited CRNA program
• Certification from the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Active Idaho CRNA licensure
• Privileges at SARMC and other affiliated hospitals as required
• A valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA
