Order Selector - West Phoenix - Day & Swing Shift

A leading manufacturer of paint products for both residential and commercial properties is hiring an experienced Order Selector to join their team in West Phoenix!

If you have at least 1-2 years of recent experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack Rider and 1 year of order selecting experience, this could be a great fit for you. We’re looking for reliable individuals with strong attendance and a track record of meeting performance goals.

Upon hired you will receive a pay increase. This is a temp-to-hire role with the potential for performance-based bonuses and long-term growth in a supportive, safety-focused workplace.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time

Job Duties:

\n
• Operate Double Electric Pallet Jack Rider
\n
• Use a pick sheet to pull and organize customer orders
\n
• Accurately count and stack products on pallets
\n
• Operate pallet wrapping machine
\n
• Meeting goals and metrics
\n

Schedules:

\n
• Monday–Friday
\n
• Day Shift: 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – $20.80/hour
\n
• Swing Shift: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. – $21.80/hour
\n
• Summer Hours: ~9-10 hours/day ( mandatory overtime)
\n
• Occasional voluntary overtime available
\n

Pay:

\n
• $20.80–$21.80 per hour (based on shift)
\n
• Performance incentives available upon hire
\n

Requirements:

\n
• 1–2 years of recent experience operating Electric Pallet Jack Rider
\n
• 1–2 years of Order Selecting experience meeting metrics
\n
• Strong attendance history and ability to meet performance goals
\n
• Able to push, pull, lift (up to 60 lbs.), twist, and stand for extended periods
\n
