Light Patient Support: Assist with rooming patients and capturing basic vital signs as needed.
Required Qualifications
4+ Years of Experience: Solid background in medical front desk, patient access, or medical receptionist roles (a mix of front office and light MA duties is great).
Front Office Expertise: Strong experience with patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and collecting payments.
Basic Clinical Comfort: Proven experience taking vital signs and rooming patients.
Professionalism: Exceptional customer service, phone etiquette, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with standard EMR/EHR platforms.
