\n Job Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Own and maintain the ERP system, ensuring accurate job, inventory, and operational data\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Manage production schedules, priorities, and capacity planning activities\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Coordinate material readiness and job setup to support on-time production\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Partner with Production, Purchasing, and Inventory teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain workflow\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Maintain BOMs, routings, job costing information, and operational records\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Build reports and dashboards that support operational decision-making\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Document processes, create SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Assist with ERP enhancements and system optimization projects\n
    • \n
\n
\n Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production planning, production control, or operations coordination role\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n ERP/MRP management in a manufacturing or job shop environment\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Experience with production scheduling, production planning, or production control\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Understanding of BOMs, routings, inventory management, and job costing\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Strong Excel and data analysis skills\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Ability to work across Production, Purchasing, Inventory, and Leadership teams\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or system improvements is preferred\n
    • \n
\n
