Assistant Maintenance Technician (Non-cert)

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

BG Staffing is hiring a dependable Assistant Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Farmers Branch, TX. We're looking for someone with apartment maintenance experience who can assist with work orders, repairs, make-readies, and property upkeep.

Responsibilities:

• Complete general maintenance work orders
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Assist with unit turns and make-readies
• Handle painting, patching, and minor repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain common areas and community grounds

Requirements:

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• No EPA or HVAC certification required
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Must have basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
