Practice location: 318 S 7th Street Mayfield, KY 42066

Position open to both licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants
\n
\n - Full time 7 am - 5 pm with Thursdays scheduled off
\n - Must be comfortable with all ages, including newborns/peds patients
\n - Practice call once every 4 months
\n - Average 17-20 patients a day
\n - Procedure experience is preferred
